My Story

Plants have the power to heal us; body, mind and soul.

I began to look for natural alternatives when I was pregnant. After giving birth, I was diagnosed with a thyroid autoimmune disease, Hashimotos. I started to see the stark differences in the approach to this disease, during appointments with a naturopath vs. a typical western doctor. Since losing my mother to the same disease, I decided to become my own advocate, and research ways to manage the disease as naturally as possible. Removing stress was an important factor in healing. I have accomplished this through gardening, being surrounded by nature, and choosing a lifestyle that is more aligned. I am working towards having an organic herb farm, that replenishes the earth and provides balance. The birds chirping, bees buzzing, and scent of lavender and other herbs, are all part of my healing journey. I completed an herbalism course through Rooted Apothecary in 2022 and began making products that are made from natural ingredients, organic herbs and organic and sustainably harvested essential oils. Removing toxins from the body and environment are essential. My goal is to help others heal, replace toxic products in their homes with natural products, and to share my healing journey. I am currently a Vitalist Herbal Practitioner student and became a certified Reiki Master in 2021 and continue to learn about the chakras, energy healing, and the power we each have, to heal ourselves. I enjoy making art, bringing light and joy into the lives of those that collect it, and am constantly finding new ways to express myself. I look forward to building relationships  and provide guidance through herbs and other methods that will help on their healing journey.
