Service Description
Ages: 5-10 yrs old Tuesday & Wednesday (Language Arts & Math reinforced with hands on learning & activities, arts/crafts) 9-2pm $70/day (billed monthly) Fridays (Herbalism, Gardening, Handwork, & more) 9-12pm $40/day (billed monthly) Choose a single day or multiple days. *We also offer 1:1 and small group tutoring sessions outside of the program hours* ***Discounts offered to participants in the program*** ESA approved vendor (Root Into Alchemy Kids) Fill out the registration request and we will send you an invoice to submit to Classwallet. If you are not using ESA, please ask about our cash/Zelle discount. Program runs from August-May and requires a monthly commitment with one month notice before invoices sent out. Once invoices are sent, payment is expected as we have counted the enrollment towards our expenses. August 17-28th September 1-30th October 2-30th (BREAK 10/12-10/16) November 3-27th December 1-23rd (BREAK 12/28-Jan 1) January 5-29th February 2-26th March 2-31st (BREAK 3/15-3/19) April 2-30th May 4-28th (BREAK June 2-11th)

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy We are so glad you’re here! To keep things flowing smoothly, please review our booking and cancellation policies: Classes & Workshops (In-Person or Online) Registration: If using ESA funds, please choose the FREE interest form to reserve your spot once the invoice is submitted through Classwallet, Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Cancellations by You: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full credit toward a future class. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Cancellations by Us: In the rare case that we must cancel or reschedule a class, you will be offered the option of a full refund or credit toward another session. No-Shows: Missed classes without notice are non-refundable. Online Services (Energy Work, Tutoring, Consultations) Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance through our website. Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Products (Herbal, Art, or Wellness Items) Shipping: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. If a fresh batch needs to be made we will contact you asap to let you know. Returns: Due to the nature of our handmade and herbal products, all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right. Local Pick-Up: Available for select items. Instructions will be provided upon checkout. Digital Products & Courses Access: Digital items (PDFs, workbooks, online courses) are delivered immediately after purchase. Refunds: All sales of digital items are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your materials, please reach out and we’ll assist. General Policies By booking or purchasing through our site, you agree to these terms.
