Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Refund & Makeup Policy By registering for the Sprout & Root Enrichment Program, you agree to the following terms: Cancellations & Withdrawals 30-day written notice is required for any early withdrawal from the program. Payment remains due for the full 30-day period after notice is given. No refunds are issued for mid-month or mid-session cancellations unless under exceptional, pre-approved circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies). Refunds No refunds will be issued for missed program days, including absences due to illness, travel, or family scheduling conflicts. In the rare case of a program closure (e.g., natural disaster, public health emergency), a prorated credit or makeup session may be offered at the discretion of the program director. Make-Up Days Due to the nature of our small group programming and seasonal rhythms, make-up days are not guaranteed. If a student misses a day, we will do our best to offer a comparable activity packet or resource to support at-home continuation of learning, when appropriate. (There are no available make up days at this time). Schedule Changes or Closures Any program-wide changes due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen events will be communicated via text and/or email. When possible, an alternative day or extended time will be offered.
