Booking & Cancellation Policy We are so glad you’re here! To keep things flowing smoothly, please review our booking and cancellation policies: Classes & Workshops (In-Person or Online) Registration: Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Cancellations by You: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full credit toward a future class. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Cancellations by Us: In the rare case that we must cancel or reschedule a class, you will be offered the option of a full refund or credit toward another session. No-Shows: Missed classes without notice are non-refundable. Online Services (Energy Work, Tutoring, Consultations) Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance through our website. Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Products (Herbal, Art, or Wellness Items) Shipping: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. If a fresh batch needs to be made we will contact you asap to let you know. Returns: Due to the nature of our handmade and herbal products, all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right. Local Pick-Up: Available for select items. Instructions will be provided upon checkout. Digital Products & Courses Access: Digital items (PDFs, workbooks, online courses) are delivered immediately after purchase. Refunds: All sales of digital items are final.
